Company was supposed to come out and never showed nor called. Had one of our employees call 4 times the following day and was placed on hold for 10min + each time.

They are a fantastic computer repair business. They repair computers and printers. They also sell parts for you to do the repair yourself. They are in the process of updating their website. If your computer needs repair though, they do quality work. Stop in and give them a try.

Paid a $45 diagnostic fee for nothing, they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my macbook and was told I should just start replacing things until it works. When I asked for my money back they refused to give me the full amount and instead gave me 22 one dollar bills and two quarters, this was after arguing with the accountant (who is supposedly also the manager?) and her telling me "don't you think it's funny the computer didn't have the problem for us or while you were looking at it with the technician?", basically acc... read more
