On March 17, I had a procedure done by Dr Ben Kahan and his assistant was Hashan Amini(which his assistant was great )and I must say that I’ve been attending Uconn Dental for over a year and the phenomenal work that Doctor Kahan has done is amazing. I am a 60-year-old woman that Suffers from anxiety and a fear of dental work is an understatement. From day one he has always made me feel comfortable. Dr. Buono was my doctor and I have never felt more comfortable or cared for by medical staff than I did at my last visit to UCONN Dental. I am sad that Dr. B is moving on, but also excited and happy for his graduation and next venture. Thanks again Dr. B, you're sincerely the best.
Pretty good dental school
I want to preface this by saying: I detest dental work. I think I’d rather have my fingernails pulled than someone drilling around in my mouth, with all those tools that look like they belong in some b- horror (Saw 27, maybe) movie That being said, Dr. Rakhan Elharbi made the difference for me. I’ve had consistently great experiences at the UConn School of Dental Medicine. Throughout my entire time as a patient, the service has always been exceptional, and every dentist I’ve worked with has been professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to high‑quality care. At my most recent appointment, my hygienist, Amauri Barbosa, did an outstanding job.
