Excellent experience. Easy to schedule. The MA Holly started the visit with Excellent skills. The PA Fayoma was thorough. When she was not available Stephanie pitched in. The Uconn lab was also highly effective and prompt in getting results into my chart.

I had a great experience with this care team after needing a series of vaccines. Stephanie Behrens is extremely informative and has extreme and made me feel comfortable as someone who gets anxious in medical offices. I will make it a point to go to this urgent care if it’s needed in the future.

This urgent care center was great. They did not have a wait and we were seen immediately. The staff was friendly and accommodating with my elder Mother-in-law. They were able to x-ray and provide follow up advice.

Just go to the Hartford Healthcare GoHealth Urgent Care down the road. More professional, staff is friendly, and the wait times short.

Dr Babcock ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ was excellent. He took the time to really listen to my concerns and made me feel heard throughout the entire appointment he explained everything clearly, and gave me options and explained what those would mean. His bedside manner was outstanding—he was professional, kind, and compassionate. I never felt rushed and left feeling confident in my care. I highly recommend Dr. Babcock.
