I felt really well informed throughout the process, and the team asked such thoughtful questions that I felt confident in the care plan. Barbara’s team was kind, professional, and incredibly reassuring. I truly appreciated how attentive and supportive they were!
The worst experience ever I had drive 1h30 hour to see the dermatologist and seating outside for 1h30hour for the dermatologist telling me something that I already know she didn’t even scan my skin to know what of skin I have and what products is good for me. They are prosposing me I don’t need a proposition I need to know what the cause of it.if this I experienced everyday is call a doctor then everyone can be a doctor

I wish there was a 0 star option on this rating, because frankly that is what I would give them if I could. The PA, Stephanie Behrens, who saw my daughter, is absolutely terrible at her job and obviously hates it as well. She was extremely rude to me and my daughter, and did not listen to anything we had to say. I took my daughter in to see a doctor because she has been sick for a few weeks now, with a cough that is not resolving.
