It is very disturbing when you read the after visit summary in My Chart of your visit and it contains many statements from the provider that just are not correct as to what happened during your visit.
The nurse practitioner (BP) did not listen to a word that I said!! She cut me off before I could finish my answers, and her note in my chart was mostly incorrect information! I was dehydrated after not being able to hold fluids in for 3 days! She wrote I was able to eat and drink. Are you kidding me? Learn to listen to your patients! The worst. They left patient information up on computer screen able to be seen by the entire waiting room. When mentioned they left their desk with information still up. HIPPA/ privacy issue. Bad attitude too. Went to Hartford Hospital instead and got amazing care.
Stephanie should not be in this field of work, had my second interaction with her and she is just simply condescending, she has a passive aggressive tone when you don’t answer her questions the way she wants and then proceeds to give a passive aggressive rant for about five minutes like my fiancé and I are five years old, super unprofessional and uncomfortable in a medical setting.
Find a different urgent care place. This one charges you an extra ER fee because they’re “an extension of the Emergency Room.” However, the care is so bad that after my son came here being very sick with a high fever, cough, etc, we ended up in the actual ER because no one there gave him a chest x-ray and he had bacterial pneumonia. The ER doc was in disbelief that they hadn’t checked for this at urgent care. Cut to a week later, I show up with a fever, chills etc, they do the chest x-ray but didn’t test for Covid, Flu, etc.... read more
