Dr Linn is the very best of the best dentists I have experienced in my long life of top notch dentists from NYC, Philadelphia & yes, even Oregon. Her exams are thorough (mouth & neck cancer checks, too) & her work meticulous. She cares & acts with consideration always minimize discomfort. Dr. Hsung Lin is one of the best dentists I have ever had. In the first session, she teaches you how to properly take care of your teeth with correct brushing and flossing techniques. She shares very valuable information that is not easy to find elsewhere, and it clearly comes from her years of daily experience. Based on my experience I would not recommend any one go here. It is incredibly easy for patient care to fall through the cracks of this bureaucratic machine.
Tried to book an appointment, staff was very rude and condescending when asking questions about insurance. Don’t expect them to be nice, super rude people
The dentists were incredibly good and professional, but the management is terrible. Expect to receive multiple duplicate bills months or even years down the road regardless of how many times you ask if the bill is settled.
