I have never avoided a doctors office more in my entire life. The nurses/doctors are rude and agitated. As a patient I watch them as they are rude and disrespectful to those around them. I have heard them on many occasions yell at garage staff, belittle patients and have zero real concern for the people around them. I will only go to urgent care or medical services for UConn health in storrs if i genuinely have no other choice. 01/07/2025 I called to find out when my appointment was as I have dyscalculia. I knew it was this month because my PA and I discussed it about 3 months ago that my appointment would be in January. When I called UConn Health, Andria picked up. We discovered that my appointment date was put in for 10/16/2025 instead of 01/16/2025. Dr Sleboda. Phenomenal doctor. He is a medical professional who listens, who cares, and he is a problem solver. My son and I both have him as our doctor and I would highly recommend him.
