Doctors are incredibly slow, receptionists are the slowest and most useless people you’ll ever speak to. Always sending everything in to the medical assistant who also can’t do their job right either. The receptionists can’t even check when appointments are available like a traditional receptionist does. You have to wait several business days to know or receive anything back. Insurance covered it so no out of pocket expense. Parking lot was busy but found parking quick. Dr. Was nice and heard my concerns. Great apt.
Had laser procedure to remove a tiny surface vein. I paid privately. I was grossly overcharged for a 2 minute procedure and the procedure was about 50% effective. I suppose anything associated with a hospital for a tiny cosmetic procedure would be more 4 x more expensive just because of hospital rate structure. Disappointing level of care. The student doctor was better than the doctor.
They always change the appointment at the last minute not just for me, but also for my two sisters. It has happened to us at least four times. It’s really frustrating because we plan around it, then have to change everything last second. It doesn’t feel fair.
