I went here during a difficult time in my life and let them know that I was in treatment recovering from substance dependence and had lost everything. They lead me to believe that they would bill my insurance at the current time and bill me for the copayments which I could pay a little bit later once I completed treatment. I attempted to schedule an appointment by calling the office's number …1121 but it was not operational. Determined to get my concerns addressed, I visited the Urology OC office in person to meet with the front desk staff. The employee took copies of my identification and insurance information, as well as my email address and phone number. Lucky to have found a urologist that shows great compassion & makes the information to be shared easy for us to understand. Husbands surgery was handled superbly. Office staff, Sally & Katsia were an awesome team & helped us get thru the difficulties we experienced. Thank you all.
My mother was sent here after 8 months of UTI’s and Bladder infections, antibiotics were not helping and she was very sick! There is only a few Urologist in our network and he was the only one available before a 3 month wait, after looking at his profile and website it worried me because it does not say anything about women’s Bladder infections, it most says Mens issues, but we took the appointment any way and just as I thought totally clueless about women’s issues, he wanted to put her on more antibiotics, No Tests, No Cult... read more
