I had a good meeting. But after the appt The Dr. Fareed Called the new scheduler Into his office I waited for the next step To schedule. (15 min)But she never came back out So I left ... Please call me for next appt. & Or review procedure. Let's resolve ASAP..... I'm in a Senior center & Have a hard time getting to office. Tx

I went here during a difficult time in my life and let them know that I was in treatment recovering from substance dependence and had lost everything. They lead me to believe that they would bill my insurance at the current time and bill me for the copayments which I could pay a little bit later once I completed treatment. I attempted to schedule an appointment by calling the office's number …1121 but it was not operational. Determined to get my concerns addressed, I visited the Urology OC office in person to meet with the front desk staff. The employee took copies of my identification and insurance information, as well as my email address and phone number. However, after being instructed to return home and wait, two weeks have passed without any updates or information regarding scheduling my first appointment. Lucky to have found a urologist that shows great compassion & makes the information to be shared easy for us to understand. Husbands surgery was handled superbly. Office staff, Sally & Katsia were an awesome team & helped us get thru the difficulties we experienced. Thank you all.
