I scheduled our appointment on Thursday 4/5 with John who guaranteed me we would have the first service of the day so my father would not have to wait for a technician. He said someone would be there between 9a and 9:30a and for my father to plan to be there at 9:30a as it would be betther for your guys to wait on my father than the other way around.
