I threw an 8th birthday party for my daughter at our house and stupidly did not prepare the living room for a house full of children on a sugar high. Service was great With children in the home i have had my carpets cleaned many times and each time has been just alright but a bit uncomfortable with someone i don't know in my home. This time Nick arrived to clean up after a child's birthday party and was so sweet to me that i didn't feel awkward having him around. The price wasn't anything special, probably the same as anywhere else but im relieved to know that i wont be dreading the next carpet cleaning. Thanks guys!
I wanted to let you know that I was extremely disappointed in your service on Friday 4/6. I scheduled our appointment on Thursday 4/5 with John who guaranteed me we would have the first service of the day so my father would not have to wait for a technician. He said someone would be there between 9a and 9:30a and for my father to plan to be there at 9:30a as it would be betther for your guys to wait on my father than the other way around. Great company to work with, Excellent Job! Very professional cleaning.
