Hired them for a deep clean, but they completely missed the kitchen counters and some bathroom tiles. Very disappointing for the price.
After their visit, I noticed a scratch on my coffee table that wasn’t there before. No apology or offer to fix it.
The cleaner arrived 30 minutes late and seemed to rush through everything. Left the floors sticky and didn’t vacuum properly.
Although work was not carried out in person due to circumstances my end the customer service, response time and knowledge was great, I would highly recommend
