Stay away from this office. They won’t let you know if your insurance will cover the visit and will call you with an appointment consistently, then will not even give you a prescription for glasses because they will want to charge extra and then send a 600$ bill for doing absolutely nothing. What a scam!!!!!!
Had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time just to get seen. The doctor didnt seem interested in hearing what I actually wanted to ask about my vision blurring issues just rushed through everything so fast I felt like a number not a person... The front desk staff were on thier phones the whole time and barely looked up at me when I came in. They made me wait another 20 minutes at the end just to get someone to answer billing questions. They never pick up your calls or call back. How does one ever get an appointment?
I'm getting great care at the eye clinic. Very thorough exams with cutting edge equipment. I am taken in promptly. Parking is free and is plentiful. I have confidence in the care I receive.
