I came in for sciatica pain and I need to lye down. So I layed on the floor. Sitting is too painful. As I was laying down, I saw that there was a reclining chair hidden by a room divider. So I used my upper body strength to move the divider out of the way and sit on the recliner. My pain went from 10/10 to 9/10. IDK what’s wrong with this emergency room.
I went in for fainting about 10 times in one day. The doctor ran no tests, refused my medication, and released me in the middle of the night. I passed out unconscious and the nurse shrugged her shoulders
If negative stars were possible, this place would earn them. I came in around 3:40 a.m. to check in and was met with nothing but rudeness and disdain. The security guard barked at me to put on a mask and scan in—no courtesy, no professionalism, zero empathy. We’ve had good experiences here in the past with serious medical issues, but last Sunday they misdiagnosed our son’s broken wrist and it could have been very bad if we hadn’t accidentally gotten a second opinion… What happened was the ER doctor (allegedly after consulting the “orthopedic surgeon” on call) looked at the x-rays and said it was non-displaced fracture, ordered a cast, and told us to follow up with a doctor in a couple weeks to see how it’s healing.
