Was physically assaulted a few days ago and came to this hospital due to my back pain intensifying, I was there from 11am to 5pm and got a catscan and mri and was taken care of by Jill. Jill was very nice only in the beginning. Towards the end I got my discharge paper and it only said “back pain” but I was told by Jill that it was a musculoskeletal injury and that was not written on my paper. After reading negative reviews i was apprehensive about bringing my terminally ill mother in for a much needed paracentesis but didnt really have a choice - Thursday at 11am the ER was relatively empty and we were triaged and seen by nurse and doctor within 30 minutes, procedure complete and discharge orders within a couple hours. Doc and nurses were incredibly kind and pretty available despite the busy nature of their jobs. Nothing but positive things to say from our experience.
7 hours and did nothing , was told to go home and I pain persists come back. Never again let me die
Packed ER, but regardless staff are nice and remain professional.
