If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a joke. Zero privacy. It’s disgusting. Incredible long wait, doing lab work in the waiting room, everything done literally in the waiting room, fully unacceptable.
Too public Too comfortable with doing blood work and tests in their waiting / checking in lobby. Too exposed with their work and no privacy Doctors / staff seem like they want to get fast turn over and that’s it Waiting room is the lobby room horrible Waited 2-3 hours to be seen and rough sonograpgher
Very disappointing experience. I waited almost 5 hours in the UCLA Santa Monica Emergency Department and left without receiving proper care or treatment. This was my second visit for the same unresolved issue, and despite explaining that my previous treatment had not worked, I did not receive the evaluation or communication I expected. The doctor did not come back to speak with me, and I left feeling ignored and frustrated. Patients deserve better communication, respect, and timely care.
Was physically assaulted a few days ago and came to this hospital due to my back pain intensifying, I was there from 11am to 5pm and got a catscan and mri and was taken care of by Jill. Jill was very nice only in the beginning. Towards the end I got my discharge paper and it only said “back pain” but I was told by Jill that it was a musculoskeletal injury and that was not written on my paper.
