UCLA Emergency Santa Monica sets the gold standard for emergency care. From security to reception, nurses, doctors, and imaging specialists, every staff member was exceptionally kind, professional, and efficient. The nurses were incredibly compassionate, and the doctor was thorough and highly skilled. Despite being an ER, the waiting time was under three hours—a stark contrast to UCLA Westwood. This facility feels like a five-star medical center, offering top-tier care with unmatched efficiency. Highly recommend!
ATTENTION CORPORATE: NOT ONLY THAT THE SECURITY GUARDS ARE PREJUDICE HERE AT THIS EMERGENCY ROOM, BUT THEY HAD THE NERVE TO MAKE ME MOVE MY VEHICLE WHILE I HAVE A PLAQUE HANGING UP. OUT OF ALL FAMILIES, I WAS THE ONE THAT HAD TO MOVE. THIS IS NOT OKAY. SANTA MONICA EMERGENCY ROOM SECURITY NEED TO DO BETTER.
Do not go there. People are very unprofessional. They keep you waiting in the hallway for hours and hours while I’m pregnant with twins and won’t give a cup of water, putting the lives of my unborn children in danger. They loudly announce your very private and personal medical information in the hallway where they force you to sit for hours. At the end, didn’t even see a specialist.
