The people at the check-in counter were very loud and unprofessional. They were laughing and talking loudly in front of patients in the waiting room without showing respect or consideration. A medical office should maintain a calm and respectful environment, especially for patients who may not be feeling well. Their behavior made the atmosphere uncomfortable and unprofessional. And keep laughing and laughing loudly especially the woman, no respect at all. She needs to stop it
