I was seen by Dr Roberts. She showed absolutely no interest in helping and even told me there was nothing she could do. I came here for a very simple discomfort. She gave no recommendation, no suggestion, no bedside manner, no enthusiasm. I am disappointed. I am not coming here ever again.

This place is a mess when it comes to scheduling. I don't know what the deal is but it's nearly impossible to have a consistent PCP at this establishment. I'm not a needy patient and generally just come in for my annual and maybe one-two other times per year when a specific issue comes up. I have yet to see the same doctor twice. I have a named PCP, but she is always booked 8 months in advance. Doctors keep quitting left and right - it's a revolving door. First time here and whoa . A few things I’ve noticed was how dirty the place is . The stairs were filthy and bathrooms were a mess . The lounge was large and suitable for a big crowd . The wait time even for a schedule appointment was a mess , we waited for a while . I haven’t had any experiences like this elsewhere in other UCLA health facilities.
