After almost two months waiting to see Dr. Joss Cohen, he refused to visit our patients because we were 15 minutes late. Without considering the patient is 96 years old and we had hard time getting him to the office. I told all these things to the assistant at front desk, but they looked at me and said sorry.
They are such liars and do not care about patients! you call them and it keeps saying all the agents are busy and it takes more time than expected, we can call you later. If you stay on the line the next beep you are connected to an agent, but if you press 1 to call you back, they will not get back to you till 7 pm (6 hours later!). IT IS NOT IN THE ORDER THE CALL WAS RECEIVED! If you are assigned to a resident here, you cannot message your doctor, you cannot contact your doctor and myChart is basically useless. Good luck receiving any care or compassion at this office if your issue doesn't immediately and clearly show up on an MRI. The doctors told me that "stress and anxiety" were likely causing my symptoms. It wasn't until I could see a neuro specialist (outside of UCLA!) that I discovered I had a serious condition. I was incredibly disappointed in my experience here, I never ever leave negative reviews but it was truly so shockingly unbelievable that I feel compelled to.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this neurologist office . From the moment I arrived, the staff was unprofessional and dismissive. The wait time was unreasonably long, despite having a scheduled appointment. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful, making the entire visit even more frustrating. Unpleasant smell in the doctor's office. And then they scheduled a video call and charged me the full price of an appointment just to have someone tell me the test results on the call, which I had already seen online, and tell me I have to come in person! I've always had good experiences at UCLA facilities, but not here.
