I had an extremely disappointing experience at this neurologist office . From the moment I arrived, the staff was unprofessional and dismissive. The wait time was unreasonably long, despite having a scheduled appointment. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful, making the entire visit even more frustrating. Unpleasant smell in the doctor's office. And then they scheduled a video call and charged me the full price of an appointment just to have someone tell me the test results on the call, which I had already seen online, and tell me I have to come in person! I've always had good experiences at UCLA facilities, but not here.
The worst staff ever! They don’t let you even see the doctor even if you drove 80 miles and you’re 5 minutes late!! UCLA should be ashamed ! An institution that prides itself on serving the community… Yeah Right! I would say it’s an organization run by arrogant selfish individuals!
My wife and I had an exceptional experience with David Andrade. From the moment we walked in, David greeted us with a warm smile and was incredibly attentive throughout our visit. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made us feel welcomed and valued. David went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met, and his fantastic customer service truly stood out. Unprofessional, unprepared, unempathetic, that's how I would describe Dr. Doojin Kim. Despite bringing several significant health concerns to his attention, he was unhelpful and dismissive throughout my appointment. I mentioned my long-standing sleep disturbances and requested a sleep study, but he completely glossed over my concerns and did not provide a referral or any assistance.
