Incredibly kind staff at every level. Excellent level of care, communication and service.
It's an emergency department I guess. You get the care you need, but the service was bare minimum. The staff seem to not care about other aspects other than care. For example there's lots of trash for the safety of equipment. Things are wrapped in plastic or they use gloves. If something small and plastic like a cap falls on the ground, the person who dropped it might not even look to pick it up. The actual rooms seemed a little run down or not as clear as they could be, but again... it's an emergency room.
I thought the nurses were just great. I always compare them to my mom who is a nurse at St. John’s and they were just as great as my mom the doctor was a young doctor. A few of them actually examined me. I could tell that a lot on their mind, so probably resident or something of that nature so they were not unfriendly, but they were just you know that a lot of patients to see so I don’t didn’t hold anything against them and there was another Doctor Who was great and it was great experience. everyone was very nice.
