Took my daughter there for sickle cell pain. The doctor was very rude and condescending. He said he would give her iv fluids and to radio for pain then came back a few minutes later and said he couldn’t treat her. It wasn’t his lack of treatment but his demeanor and the way he spoke to us. Won’t go there again. He needs to be trained in CICARE. .

This urgent care is trash! It’s always an issue when I come here the staff sucks and are rude all the time! Not only are they rude they are slow. They claim they stop taking patients 30 mins before they close but when you come in any time before then they say oh we have too many ppl we can’t see you or it’s an over an hour wait that’s just ridiculous! This place should be investigated and closed down! If I could give them ZERO STARS I WOULD!

Beware- this is not an urgent care. They bill you for a doctor’s visit and after hours visit, and it costs $508.00

Doesn’t matter what time you arrive, if you call ahead, if their system says they talk walk in patients up until 30 minutes before close. You will not be seen here. I have gone to this location 2 times and gotten care from them 0 times. If you want an urgent care that will take patients according to their own policy, don’t come here

Do NOT see Dr. Young Lee - he will bill you (I assume that's who inputs the codes to insurance companies) for additional services that were not provided and your bill will skyrocket. I currently have to appeal medical claims and it's a long process.
