I went to Urgent Care today because I have been having tinnitus in my ear, a sore throat, earache, headaches, and pain under my chin. It would appear that I had an infection of sorts. I told Dr. Patel that the symptoms have been going on for at least the past two weeks. I forgot to tell her about the sinus pressure. I also told her my mother died from throat cancer. I came in as a walk in patient and was seen by Dr Suzuki within 20 minutes. She was very kind and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and comfortable as well. The nurse was also very kind. I am a happy patient. I appreciate the nurse and Dr that took care of me with care. I am definitely coming back for any Urgent Care to this location.
So incredibly impressed with UCLA & this particular urgent care facility. Walked in when they opened on a Sunday morning and was seen almost immediately (I was not the first in line). Was evaluated by Dr. Lee who ordered an ultrasound for my particular issue. The thoughtful front desk staff was able to get me into their imaging facility same day in the afternoon and Dr. Lee emailed me with the results ~an hour after my ultrasound. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs prompt & thoughtful care.
What a joke! URGENT care and 3 weeks later we're STILL waiting for results. Ive called 3 times for results and you just get the run around.
