Awful experience, no care at all, very stuck up staff and customer service, hospital has been awful and crappy ever since ucla health took over. very money hungry and lying hospital now.
The office staff is always lovely, appointments are easy. Editing this post as it is now impossible to get any kind of appointment in under four weeks, including sick appts. Only option is to visit urgent care if unwell. The doctors must stop taking new patients, and get another doctor in this practice.
Dr. Smaine is my primary doctor and she takes the time to understand what is going on, and refers me to specialists, when needed. The office staff is always lovely, appointments are easy, and I’ve never had to wait.
