I’m 10 weeks pregnant and trying to get patient-centered care at UCLA has been a nightmare. I assume they are overwhelmed with patients because LA is such a massive city but it truly feels like a factory trying to get through pregnant people and deliveries as quickly as possible, regardless of how it makes the patient feel. Dr. Ginn may have saved my life and he doesn't even know it! I am soo thankful for the medical professionals here. I was treated like a princess and felt so much better after my endometriosis (laproscopy) surgery. As a patient at UCLA for years, I’ve been impressed by their professionalism. The doctors in every department are knowledgeable and compassionate, the nurses are kind and attentive, and the office staff are friendly and helpful. I believe that UCLA has highly skilled and dedicated leaders and chiefs, and together they create a team as outstanding as the OB/GYN team in Santa Monica. During my visits, I felt the kindness and support from all of you, and I truly appreciate everything you’ve done for me. Thank you all!

The actual people were average, but 3$ per 12 mins for parking with max at 30 means your average appointment will cost you $21. Unbelievable scam. One might say not UCLA’s fault. But they have the ability to provide validation or just not associate with such a greedy business.

I absolutely loved the private labor and postpartum rooms, which featured state-of-the-art facilities. The nurses and staff were always available at the slightest request, making me feel comfortable throughout my entire stay. They consistently checked in every two hours and were on call whenever I needed assistance. I was there for four days--two days for induction and then delivery via a minimally invasive C-section.
