drs and nursing are amazing!! with that said, the one star is because sadly the answering call center is a huge part of appointments and messages and the ongoing care of us.. There is some major improvements that need to be made with communication and the actual knowledge that surrounds their job duties. it makes it hard for us patients and the drs to treat and help us if the call center is not all on the same page or doing what they should be. if it wasnt for the call center and the on going problems honestly, i would of ga... read more
I have an appointment with doctor Thalia Mok but in traffic so I called the office to told them I am gonna be late and the representative told me it’s ok I can see the doctor after another patient. But when I arrived the hospital I received a call saying the doctor can not see me because they never received my call for late notice and no one send notes to the office… so I waited outside the hospital for 20mins just for her saying there is no record that I called for late notice ..I don’t know who is lying but one of them not... read more
