The lab opens at 7am. I arrived at 6:50am and waited which was not a problem. Once inside, the machines to check in were not turned on, but after a few minutes the machines turned ON at 7:03am ,so I checked in. Tip: when asked on the Check In machine, only select 1 reason for the visit , not 2, otherwise your Check In will not be registered. Absolutely the worst service! Their time estimate is off by an hour+. They cheat on the order of patients. Avoid this location if you can.
don't come here i arrived and entered the data on the computer then the black guy who was at the front desk deleted me from the list so i told him why and he put me back on the list the problem is that i had already waited my turn 26 minutes and when this black guy at the front desk put me back on the list the computer said to wait another 26 minutes, then the manager intervened and put me on the list manually the problem again is that i had to wait another 20 minutes unfortunately i had already paid for the parking and if i... read more
This lab has been consistently annoying to deal with. They make you wait up to half an hour just to register and then add on more wait time to get your blood drawn. On one visit it took longer to get blood drawn that it took my orthopedic surgeon to replace my shoulder joint.
Wait times are impossibly long. Ask your doctor to send you somewhere else for blood work if possible.
