Friendly staff, clean facility & minimum waiting time
Black guy working the front desk on 4.22 was incredibly short and rude to every patron who tried to talk to him, often ignoring people. I gave met him my insurance card and he did not even enter the info, I just got the bill and they have no insurance on file. Further, he kept me waiting so long I received a parking ticket - it was supposed to be a quick visit. What kind of show are you running here UCLA?
