DO NOT GO HERE. Went in for an annual checkup and they decided to bill it as hospital under diagnostic to scam me an extra $400. Scammers. I’ve called so many times and they will not resolve it.
I wish the website had more specific information about the parking.
I've had an almost exclusively positive experience with UCLA Medical, particularly at this location. The quality of care, from professors in medicine to residents, has been exceptional. The building management system at 1245 16th Street is a disaster for the neighborhood. It has been so ever since the building was constructed. This gives UCLA a bad name as a medical building business. Here are some issues with the management of the building: 1. The management is disrespecting the law and rules of the city by allowing people to park at the entrance from the alley. There is a sign that says "No Parking." I’m a brand new UCLA patient as my insurance changed (from Kaiser who were exceptional) and I scheduled an appointment early October and the first available was today, October 27th. As we all know with a new job, you don’t get sick time yet so I scheduled an 8am appointment. I show up and I was told it was cancelled. No call or email.
