I’ve seen two doctors here (Dr. McCall and Dr. Dmowska) and both experiences with the doctors and staff were excellent. They were kind, attentive, and most importantly they were patient with my questions and concerns. I’ve really struggled with healthcare services in LA but I’m so grateful I found this practice.
My experience with Dr. Andrew McCall was quite disappointing. From the very beginning, the visit felt superficial. I entered, explained my issue in just a few seconds, and the doctor spent barely a few more seconds looking into my ear with an otoscope. He also pressed it too hard, which caused pain and redness afterward—something I didn’t have before the exam. In addition, he didn’t perform any of the more thorough tests that would have been appropriate in my situation, such as checking my balance or doing basic neurological... read more
Doctor was incredibly descriptive with excellent patience. Staff was efficient. Will return in the future.
