Reported fraudulent medical debt for collections and the "debt" is not a year old - something that hypothetically they are not allowed to report for a year. They are greedy and service is substandard. My Insurance has paid them the amount they requested and still they come after me. Additionally, my doctor missed some major signs in my bloodwork that was caught by my gastroenterologist who then referred me to the appropriate specialist. I recommend any other facility in Santa Clarita and will never go back.

I've had 5 Primary Care Physicians at UCLA - Santa Clarita in the last 3 years. What does that tell you? UCLA Health has now decided to compete with other MEDICARE providers. Nothing wrong with that, except even with their most expensive plan, you may not be eligible to use your "regular" doctor. Appointments? You might routinely wait 3 to 5 months for an appointment, and it will make no difference what type of UCLA plan you have. Terrible dr guo prescribed my husband medication over a week ago but didn’t put instructions pharmacist has called twice I have called three times plus got disconnected plus to tell me ucla called Anthony with the instructions which is not true nor does that make any sense the pharmacy needs the instructions so they can fill the script very bad customer service horrible

Was making small payments on a bill. The payment plan they offered was still too high for me to pay each month for 4 months. After making small payments for 4 months, they sent me to collections. When I called and asked why, they said because of the balance and I said I said that I didn’t understand because they were accepting these payments- and one after they said they sent it to collections ( but didn’t see that on my patient portal). Dr. McInerney, I had really hoped to become your patient, but UCLA's scheduling department has made that impossible. After two weeks of being caught in an endless runaround of conflicting information and call-somebody-else instructions, I have given up and am seeking care elsewhere. It especially bothers me as a Bruin to see what a bad job UCLA Health is doing in the SCV. I sincerely wish you luck growing your practice under these circumstances.
