Tonight, 2/21/25, I went to the UCLA imaging center, to have an CT order entered into the system not only did your representative do that she also took the time to see if she could have the image taken that night while I was waiting, much to my surprise I did get the image taken while I was there. The young lady that helped me was named Sonia, she was very competent, kind, professional (also very pretty). I had multiple scans recently at this location, every time the staff was very professional and comforting. I had no problems scheduling any of the scans.
Their technicians don't listen to a word the patient says. I had a CT Scan, did all the prep work, then let the technician know that I am highly allergic to Iodine Contrast so an alternative would need to be used. The technician insisted I would be fine. I insisted I would not because the previous time I broke out into a rash from head to toe for more than a week. Still the technician insisted.
