I think the facility is fantastic with any scan I have had in the past. Today I called to schedule an ultrasound and they are booked till December! 10 months away?!

Staff is great and check-in was easy, but I went in for a knee ultrasound and checked in downstairs in radiology and they send you upstairs to wait in Internal Medicine where everyone is sick and coughing all around you. I’m not sick and waiting in a room full of people that don’t wear masks and are coughing and sneezing around you while your appointment is running 25 minutes behind is terrible service. Who thought this was a good idea?

My husband Anthony saw dr guo last week he ordered a ct scan and ultrasound of abdomen tried to make an appointment with shakeisha we were able to make the appointment for ct scan but no appointments for ultrasound until may of next year she also informed me that ucla is no longer contracted with Medicare or blue shield and that my husband and I should look for other medical facilities

Tonight, 2/21/25, I went to the UCLA imaging center, to have an CT order entered into the system not only did your representative do that she also took the time to see if she could have the image taken that night while I was waiting, much to my surprise I did get the image taken while I was there. The young lady that helped me was named Sonia, she was very competent, kind, professional (also very pretty). I had multiple scans recently at this location, every time the staff was very professional and comforting. I had no problems scheduling any of the scans.
