Unfortunately I can't in good conscience recommend this office for primary care services. While we received an initial high bill for an introductory call, we chalked it up to being new patients and usually subsequent visits are less involved and expensive. However, we have found subsequent visits to be just as expensive for very simple and routine care. Advertises that they take all Medi-cal/cencal health insurance online but when you go to make an appointment with a primary care physician they don’t accept it. Only for specialist which is the weirdest policy ever. They should definitely state that somewhere on their insurance policies webpage. Disappointed to say the least.

So very happy to have UCLA Health in Santa Barbara. I've now seen two doctors and they were both exceptional; very caring, thorough and thoughtful. The Victoria Street office is very clean. The front desk staff greeted me with a smile. The medical assistant was cheerful and competent and clearly enjoys his job. The office is well-run. The waiting time was minimal and communication was excellent. I hope from this point on I can make UCLA Health my go-to place for all medical needs.

Immaculate facility and friendly staff. Dr. Wilson was a great. He was personable, knowledgeable and didn’t rush the appointment. Happy to have established my primary care here. Outstanding experience at the UCLA Health, Santa Barbara.
