Top notch. he is all over my test results and nudges me if I slip. One of my kids is a doctor is a large east coast hospital and she gave thumbs up to what Dr. Bokhoor has done. Good front desk staff too.

Very hard to get an appointment with primary care Doctor even when ver ill.  Had to see another Doctor - Doctor Benor, in Santa Monica.  He was not helpful.  Told me to come back for the same complaint on Monday.  He said the third time you come in for the same thing they listen.  He talks A LOT but is ineffective.

I thought this is UCLA, but wrong. They do not have access to UCLA records yet. Slow care while there is no other patient waiting. Many staff around doing nothing. Not introducing themselves, not showing care or smiling or asking how you feel. No coordinated care. No proper patient identification, just randomly asking either first name or last name. This is misleading to let call the hospital as UCLA while there no standard of care and records provided by UCLA.

I have been coming to the Westwood location for a few years now with every time getting progressively worse. Even with pre arranged appointments, I have had wait times of over four hours. One day I arrived in the morning and was not seen until 4:45pm! This week was the last straw. I arrived in the morning and was never seen by my doctor. Many  patients were being ushered in despite arriving much later. I ended up having to leave for another appointment elsewhere. The front office were as curt and rude as ever and ended up hi... read more

Its really unfortunate that UCLA hires doctors that simply don't care about patients. I had an appointment with Dr Shirin Poustchi and was extremely disappointed. Needless to say i will not return to this clinic nor refer anyone there. UCLA needs to invest in training doctors and staff about patient care and courtesy first. Dr. Poustchi you are a new doctor open to new patients- this is not the way to gain new clients. I drove 35 min for this appointment. True the name UCLA will get you patients in the door, but patients wi... read more

DO NOT GO TO WEST HILLS EMERGENCY ROOM- BUYER BEWARE! I went to West Hills Emergency Room- chosen since the facility as it was an in-network hospital for my Anthem PPO insurance. Upon receiving a denial of services and payment for the ER doctors bill by Anthem- even after a re-review of their decision- I am held for payment in full of the $1375.00 bill received. The bill was denied by Anthem due to an incorrect CODING issue by the ER doctor for my visit - here is why: The ER doctor(s) at this facility are NOT contracted with... read more

I had been vomiting all night for about 6 hours. I was promptly seen by personnel to to get blood work and to get my insurance information in the emergency room. I asked repeatedly after being here for 3 hours for some help. Everyone kept telling me to just wait. I would have preferred someone to tell me to go home there's nothing they can do for me. I was finally seen by the doctor who was very nice but had (3 1/2 hours later) an issue with keeping me in a room . I then again waited to have an IV put in. I have now been h... read more

West Hills verifies your identity and insurance coverage, than sends your lab samples to a lab that's not in your insurance carrier's network, instead of to a preferred provider located within the same medical complex. This is crappy way to treat patients. Why should insured patients get treated at West Hills, if West Hills pays no attention to the insurance information submitted by the patient. Patients have a reasonable expectation that a preferred provider will be used when available and be told when one is not.
