I recently had an MRI done to monitor a routine brain cyst and check for growth, which it turns out had increased in size. However, the radiologist’s report failed to even mention the cyst, an active chronic inner ear infection that came back that has spread to my mastoid bone again (which previously required hospitalization at UCLA), or a possible nasal polyp that a former neurosurgeon looked at and immediately noticed. Shot out to Anastacio! He is truly carting person. I left behind my ID and he made an effort to send me an email and when I didn't respond he continued to try to locate me via messaging. I retrieved my ID and very greatfull to him!

When I was booking an appointment with the Radiology department, I asked how much I would have to pay for it after the Insuarance they said they didn’t have the information and that someone was going to call me a day ahead to tell me about how much I would pay. When I received a call, the representative told me that there was still no information on how much I would have to pay and that if I wanted to I could reschedule MRI for later if it mattered to me what my estimate would be.
