Such a nice clinic. Well organized, amazing staff, from front desk to the tech assistant. The place feels like a whimsical Harry Potter castle, rooms are clean, you have your own locker too. I was in and out in one hour. Have never felt so attended to, this staff is amazing. Didn't even have to ask for a blanket, they brought me two warm ones. Thank you Dr Haghighat, Dr Miller, and amazing staff.
Interior design is amazing, it feels so much more comfortable instead of the traditional sterile doctors offices. Staff was friendly and efficient, was in and out under an hour.
No issues with the standard of care, but it’s ridiculous that in suite 210 they make patient escorts sit in the corridor where there are no seats and won’t allow them to sit in a completely empty waiting area/reception with plenty of seats. I left the building to wait outside because of this, but then got a call to come back for my husband. Even then I was still made to sit on the floor in the corridor outside. It’s disrespectful and inconsiderate.
This facility, constantly under construction, is awful. The parking underneath the building is insane, even by UCLA Parking standards (cf. the lot under headquarters at UCLA Medical Plaza), always full, presumably by employees, with dangerous turns, especially the entrance, with mostly 'compact' spots and no way to turn around at the end.
