No issues with the standard of care, but it’s ridiculous that in suite 210 they make patient escorts sit in the corridor where there are no seats and won’t allow them to sit in a completely empty waiting area/reception with plenty of seats. I left the building to wait outside because of this, but then got a call to come back for my husband. Even then I was still made to sit on the floor in the corridor outside. It’s disrespectful and inconsiderate.

This facility, constantly under construction, is awful. The parking underneath the building is insane, even by UCLA Parking standards (cf. the lot under headquarters at UCLA Medical Plaza), always full, presumably by employees, with dangerous turns, especially the entrance, with mostly 'compact' spots and no way to turn around at the end. Avoid. The 'entrance' is always temporary, crammed with gigantic construction pickups and their debris. I tripped on some of it trying to navigate the route. I had an injury December 3rd 2021. This injury sent me to the ER 4 times, the only 4 times as an adult I've ever been. It left me in debilitating almost incapacitating pain and unable to eat, drink, use the bathroom, breath or speak properly for years. I suffered many instances of medical profiling and neglect before ever arriving at UCLA health. I am currently in the lobby and have been waiting an hour and a half to be called in only to have had someone who had a later appointment than me be called in before me & their excuse was that she has CT with Dye. This is ridiculous. Whoever manages the scheduling in this office should be let go. It is unfair to make people wait longer than someone else who has a later appointment!!!!
