The worst. I made an appointment months in advance for an appointment with the cardiologist. Even got a reminder a few days before my appointment, uploaded all of my insurance info, necessary forms. Travelled all the way from Mexico for this appointment. Even paid the copay the day before my appointment, then got a call from their office telling me they don't contract with my insurance anymore. My 84-year-old mom who has multiple, critical health issues has been a patient of Dr. Mitchell for over a year. He is a kind, caring man who I consider to be a trustworthy, outstanding cardiologist. Despite a busy schedule, he takes time to listen to my mom and I, he explains things so that we can understand and he patiently answers all our questions. In addition, Dr. Mitchell personally calls us with lab results, etc.. His nurse, Liz, is delightful and efficient; Rachelle in reception puts us at ease with her welcoming smil... read more
