The wait time of this location is too much. The estimated time showed me 30 minutes then it goes up like 45 minutes. The front desk staff there is very rude especially the worker named Armine. She uses her personal cell phone for making personal calls.

Every time I've gone to this lab, the folks are kind and professional. Never even had a bruise.

I had 3 samples dropped off that were very hard to collect, only one of which was not full—but wanted to get it in before the lab closed and so I could start treatment that afternoon. They rejected all 3, even the ones that were adequate, and said all had to be redone. Even though I had then started treatment and could not resubmit. Callous at best, a risk to my health at worst. Oh, and they were rude to my son on top of it.

The staff are super nice and professional but what bothers me every time I go to this location is the amount of wait time!!!! The chairs are full and some times some people are standing , and yet there is ONLY one person who those The blood drawn!it's ridiculous The lady behind the computer does nothing, at least they could train her to help when is busy. They need more staff.
