Great health care facility, very clean. The staff is very kind, they really care about their patients. 5 stars!
I called the radiology department to schedule two appointments for an order placed by my doctor. The scheduling desk was not only unhelpful but also confusing. Instead of doing his job professionally, he became condescending and started behaving as if I were someone he felt comfortable treating badly, rather than a client. I decided to end the call and told him I would call back another day to make the appointments, as he had turned a simple task into something unnecessarily difficult and the experience extremely unpleasant.... read more
