It seems because it's "UCLA" nobody has the civility to be friendly at this office. Nobody smiles, greets you or introduces themselves. And Dr. Kim is a cold fish, barely looks you in the eyes and was mostly staring at and writing on his computer or giving me trite advice. I feel I've waisted my time going here (and waiting for 2 months to start out with.) There are so many good doctor's offices and doctors out there, don't waste your time going here.
Front desk staff is very unorganized. Booked my appointment without consulting with me, and when I called about it so changes could be made they were unwilling to fix the mistake. So unacceptable.
