I was a patient with the department for over two years and while there, received world-class care. Throughout, they were attentive, professional, and effective. However, since moving to Washington, administration and billing have been nightmares. I was unable to get them to transfer my serum to Virginia Mason Medical for two months. I was a patient with the department for over two years and would have given five stars. Throughout, they were attentive, professional, and effective. However, I recently moved to NW Washington. My new allergist has attempted to get my serum transferred for over a month. All of my symptoms have returned and I am afraid we will have to start over. They are acutely aware of the complications that come from breaking protocol. I'm very disappointed.

Lovely staff who have always gone above and beyond to help me. Parking is a bummer, but I highly recommend Dr. Anderson and the entire staff here!

There is a 4 month wait to be seen, $12 parking with no validation and forget about online booking they will not get back to you.
