My medicine is always on time, the staff is friendly and the location is great. I really can't ask for more!
Horrible service. Very disappointing. I have never seen an unorganized system than this. I been refilling prescription every other week. Called last week requested refill, it was due for pick up today and was told they dont have it in stock. UCLA service is not what they promote. Unprofessional and rude staff.
Their waiting system is confusing. There is a Sign outside that says to wait outside but people just end up walking in and cutting you. Once you're in you dont know what window to go to. I stood in front of the drop off window and was not acknowledged by the person at the counter so I went to the pick up window and no one was there. I think you can have clearer instructions so people are not walking around like like headless chickens. You can do better UCLA!
Called many times yesterday and today to refill a prescription every time the person who answers puts me on non-stop hold. She should have just hung up to spare me the burden.
