While I cannot speak for other doctors, Dr. Downs is fantastic. So far so good. Been seeing him for quite some time now. Very cutting-edge knowledgeable and professional as a doctor needs to be. This doctor is respectful of your time, and he is accommodating with appointments. Does not interrupt you when you are responding to his questions. I have been going here for years.Excellent doctors and staff.
I did not need any medical appointment but they told me I need to 'speak' with the doctor to ask her about having primary care doctor-then they just sent me $500 bill when I did not need any medical assistant. They'll make you pay to make money. I have contacted the customer service and they said there is nothing I can do but to pay.
