This office does not answer the phones directly and have to go through an answering service center when you call the main line. When I was connected a rude and lazy young woman gave me attitude and did not want to do her job. Horribly trained call center staff. Wow.
The entire staff is the BEST-caring and attentive. During my visits and treatments, my questions were always answered with consideration based on current research & what is best for my quality of life. Grateful for the entire SB UCLA hematology/ oncology team helping me to become and stay cancer free.
After a recent dermatologist office visit, the bill showed a procedure that I did not have. I reached out multiple times to have it rebilled and they assure me that it was billed correctly (it wasn't.) Can you imagine my surprise when they rebilled it and are now charging more than before I raised a concern?? It's like I'm being punished for their error.
