I have been having mammograms here for over a decade. They are professional, have a high standard of care, are friendly, and make the best out of the painful test. It is the reason I go nowhere else.

I’ve had a lot of imaging done, and I prefer Barbara Kort. It’s a center built for women. They validate parking. The waiting room is nice, renovated, and comfortable. The gowns are made specifically for women. I’ve had both MRIs and mammograms here, and the techs are always nice and very helpful. Recently, my doctor sent in an order incorrectly based on my symptoms, and the team here helped me get the order fixed so I could get the right imaging I needed based on my symptoms. I had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff at the Santa Barbara Kort facility on Saturday, a week ago. The receptionist, Asia, was rude, loud, and unfriendly from the moment I walked in. When I asked her to repeat my insurance information—since she rushed through it and my coverage had changed—she became even more disrespectful.
