I had my NT ultrasound here and the experience was disappointing. The tech applied excessive pressure and repeatedly repositioned the probe and mangled it like every 5 seconds, in a way that felt rough and uncomfortable. I did not feel handled with care during a vulnerable moment in pregnancy. I eventually had to stop the exam and say, I’m done, because it felt too rough. I have had many ultrasounds and am not overly sensitive, but I left feeling emotional and unsettled. Patient comfort was clearly not a priority during this... read more

I was referred to the UCI Women's Health Center by my doctor. Once the referral process was squared away, I was able to schedule an appointment with no issues. Appointment was ontime and everyone was friendly, especially our ultrasonogropher. She made me feel comfortable since the very beginning. Highly recommend.

Impossible to reschedule an ultrasound appointment here. I have to call multiple times and then they said that they can’t do it and a person that can reschedule my appointment will call me back but that person didn’t do anything and now I have no idea if I even have an appointment here at all. I wished that something simple like rescheduling an appointment didn’t take so much hoops to jump over. Super frustrating.

I also had spoken with my ... read more

Long story short, I nearly died because of this office. Long story long: I found out at 18 weeks pregnant that I had miscarried and needed a procedure to remove the fetus. I was referred to this office and called that same day to schedule the procedure, which ideally needed to take place within a day or two. No answer, left a message. Did not receive a response. My doctor also called the next day to try to get a response, no answer. Another day goes by—I call, my doctor calls, no response. Finally we received a call back tha... read more
