This place was good couple of years ago. But lately it’s has no concept of quality care. The doctor is good but the staff is the poor. Can’t reach the clinic directly. Require call back and when called back no one on the other end and then call is dropped. I had surgery and required follow up the next day with my urologist as instructed by ER , but the nurse schedule 15 days out and now they want to push out another week because the NP is out of office. After calling numerous times to make an appointment I was able to speak with a receptionist! Appointments were only available in 2 or 3 months! After she asked me my place of birth. What is that all about? What relevance my place of birth has to do with seeing a doctor. I am disgusted at this racist healthcare🤮

WORST CUSTOMER CARE EVER. Maribel (receptionist) in the front is extremely rude, I just had surgery about a week ago and went in to have some disability paperwork fill out, she didn't even bother to check if the doctor was available to sign for the paperwork. She just dismissed my concerns and said "we'll call you whenever we have time to complete it" You would think that you would get better customer service in Newport Beach. Maribel needs some client care and people's skills training.

This facility stinks. Nonsense to imply they care or have anything but disdain for their patients. No consideration for your time. Will have you wait for a doctor in an exam room for over an hour, then tell you doctor doesn't have time after commuting there for over 45 minutes. A nightmare. Find someplace else.
