WORST CUSTOMER CARE EVER. Maribel (receptionist) in the front is extremely rude, I just had surgery about a week ago and went in to have some disability paperwork fill out, she didn't even bother to check if the doctor was available to sign for the paperwork. She just dismissed my concerns and said "we'll call you whenever we have time to complete it" You would think that you would get better customer service in Newport Beach. Maribel needs some client care and people's skills training.
This facility stinks. Nonsense to imply they care or have anything but disdain for their patients. No consideration for your time. Will have you wait for a doctor in an exam room for over an hour, then tell you doctor doesn't have time after commuting there for over 45 minutes. A nightmare. Find someplace else.
After going to literally half a dozen urologists in the Orange County area over the period of about 5-7 years, I finally by chance was referred to Dr. Yafi at UCI Urology by a doctor who realized that I was in need of a specialist for my specific condition. The unique methodology of Dr. Yafi and Dr. Sadeghi cured me of a condition I had been dealing with for literally over a decade. The wait times here can be long, but well worth it for the level of specialized care provided here. My gratitude to UCI Urology
