Elevators broken no air conditioning!!! This place is falling apart!!! No one can give a direct answer to a question or simply schedule appointments! The conflict we had today over scheduling was really bad! I gave the front clerk the paperwork from the doctor regarding appointments and she still didn’t want to schedule me!!! Arguing back and forth for almost 15 minutes! I got frustrated and said you pick the days and times then!!! As soon as I leave the same person arguing with me calls me on the phone to argue some more!! ... read more

DO NOT go here. Find another OB/ Hospital. We were getting billed by UCI 3-4x more than what other top clinics in OC (Hoag Newport) would be billing. They are also charging us multiple times for the same service but trying to put it under slightly different line items. Each ultrasound was totaling over $1000 even with my corporate insurance. Also- they are extremely slow at following up and giving you your test results. I had to call over 25 times just to get our gender test even though it had been completed for over a week.... read more

Billing is ridiculous here. UCI charged me almost double the price for an ultrasound. $457. After getting my bill, I switched to a different provider.
