Avoid this company also known as Doctors Care. As an employer I sent my employees to one of their offices with poor results. They tried to over bill my company then double bill my employees for 1 visit. The last straw was when a person from their staff openly admitted to sharing patient information with outside parties. This is not a place to work if you want to advance in your career, the supervisors and director are messy. I resigned professionally and gave them a two week notice they then waited until I worked all day Friday and call my recruiter (Addison Group) and told them I could make that day my last day. Seems to me they could have told me that when I was there Friday so I could pack my personal stuff so they boxed up my stuff and told staff I decided to leave just messy. This place is beyond ghetto! There is absolutely no professionalism in this establishment. People are allow to be on their phone while in front of the computer knowing people social security numbers are exposed! People talking about twerking will other are trying to work. The gossip is on another level! I’ve seen nothing like this in all my days. I feel bad for the customers, they might be the victims of identity theft the way this place is ran.
I have been to Doctors Care a few times and always received the best quality of care! The staff was very friendly, attentive, and provided education on my plan of care. I always recommend friends and family to Doctors Care!
my wife went in to get a covid-19 test and they also did a Influenza molecular test that I didn't ask for. The charge my insurance Blue Cross for it and it wouldn't pay for the Influenza test. Now I have a bill for 196.86. I didn't need or want that test. Be a wear of what they are doing before you let them do it.
