They do not spend time with us. Just wants the money. This place is horrible!
The UCI office in Yorba Linda has always provided me with friendly, timely and professional service. The phlebotomists are very caring and professional. Dr. Doomun, my family physician is a very sensitive, caring, and knowledgeable physician. He responds very quickly to all my emails.
After reading these negative reviews, I was a bit worried about this office. This place is nothing like the reviews. I call the call center make an appointment they ask for your insurance information, so give it to them don't wait until your appointment. Call center is great and they can call the front desk if necessary. Consider the check-in time as your appointment time and be on time.
