Went into my appointment with a lot of questions, walked out feeling awesome
UCI YL in the Blue Agave plaza breast center/radialogy and front desk for specialty: 1) The breast center /radiology front desk people are outstanding and service is great in all areas of the breast center/radialogy. This is the best, smooth service for annual mamogram and annual gyno visit. Nurse dug around in my arm trying to draw blood - never have had that happen as it's very easy to see my veins. Front desk people were more interested in their office conversation than helping people waiting in line. Incompetent in every possible way.
I wrote a previous review for a doctor at this location but after reaching out to the link they provide I have discovered it’s actually UCI health that is disappointing. I was informed by Cynthia that she is forced to manage 6 locations at once all over OC. She didn’t get back to me in a timely matter, and when I called her number back I couldn’t reach her as she had moved onto another location for the day.
