After reading these negative reviews, I was a bit worried about this office. This place is nothing like the reviews. I call the call center make an appointment they ask for your insurance information, so give it to them don't wait until your appointment. Call center is great and they can call the front desk if necessary. Consider the check-in time as your appointment time and be on time. Very great experience at UCI health in Yorba Linda,I was here for an MRI and I was impressed with everything from the front staff everybody was very friendly and very professional place its very very clean and organized special thanks to ALLYSON the technician performing my MRI such a great girl and very professional in what he does makes you feel you're in good hands (which is true) Thank you guys!!!
