I was very pleased with the doctor and the people working with him. I'm in a situation where the surgery (for Zenker's diverticulum) is not absolutely necessary at this point, but could become more advisable in the future. And I'm 82 years old, which could complicate things. Dr. Verma emphasized the value of additional testing to provide more solid information to help decide if now is the right time to get this fixed.
