Came in for an evening MRI for right side sinus cavity, skull, neck. Good size lobby, comfortable chairs, facility very clean. Front Desk Staff Sandra and Kylie were welcoming, curtious, cheerful, friendly. MA Sally was wonderful administering my IV, friendly, curtious, cheerful, great knowledge, gentle, reassuring. MRI Technician Brittany was excellent, very cheerful, accomadating, understanding, amazing knowledge, a real pleasure.
My experience at UCI Medical Center's imaging department was exceptional. The staff demonstrated expertise and compassion throughout my pre- and post-craniotomy scans. They ensured my comfort and addressed all concerns, making the process stress-free. Highly recommend.
The wait time here is unbelievable!! They always ask patients to show up 45 mins early but then make patients wait 45 mins to an hour for the nurse. So unprofessional. No one has time to wait around like that especially the cancer patients. They’re not well and have to wait long.
