Parking is a bear but the front office staff are Wonderful!!! Our physician referral had the Orange address but the actual appointment was at the Brea address.... this was our error for not notating on calendar. The gentlemen in the front office worked with the Brea team to accommodate us, which we were so grateful since we waited 3 months for the appointment. Thanks so much! 💕💕💕
In Building 23 on the 3rd Floor of the waiting room, the women's restroom handicap stall is not handicapped friendly in regards to being able to reach over to the toilet paper roll rack on the side. I am unable to vouch for the men's restroom if it has the same issue or not, but I wanted to bring this bathroom design's attention in advance to any handicapped woman who is unable to reach and bend far across from them to be cautious about this stall for their safety.
Doesn’t know the difference between tricare prime and tricare select. A ridiculous amount of time trying to explain the health insurance.
