The customer service is so poor. Omg I have been calling for the past week no one answered my call. You should do better
First, every provider I have seen - midwives and pediatric providers - has been WONDERFUL. I would continue to see them in a heartbeat if it weren't for the front office. I have witnessed them speak rudely to patients almost every time I've been in the office. I have repeatedly asked for access to my child's portal account, and everyone claims they're not the ones who know how to give access.
