Mal servicio, es un pésimo problema cuando solicitas una cita para simplemente que un doctor te haga un documento de trabajo, hace un año me respondieron uno y me lo enviaron por correo ahora dicen que eso no se hace, te dan una cita y ellos sin darte explicaciones te la cancelan y ponen otra y también la cancelan sin importarle que el trabajo lo puedes perder. Yo le doy de la peor calificación
The doctors we have seen really do seem to care...BUT the people in the office have horrible customer service and act like they could care less for anybody! Every single time I call down there for an appointment or to get records or anything, I get hung up on at least 2-5 times! My wife has scheduled counseling appts with them- a service they offer that THEY told us about and the 1st appt they no-showed, so my wife went down there for nothing. Terrible clinic, non consistent! VERY.....you think your going to a follow up visit from a prior visit but not...THEY ARE LIARS and the SITE MANAGER could care less of my concern today as why I walked out. My feeling was they just want to be paid and that is it!! So sad to think your being seen with a professional provider that cares for you and your health. Despite the high turn over, which is common with clinics, you can tell the care providers really do care and the team is very helpful about providing care as soon as possible and at affordable rates. They accept just about all insurance.
