Not an urgent care. Also, I understand they don’t make the rules, but the ladies at the front desk hate their jobs and it’s super apparent. I hope they find jobs that they at least like. Avoid if you don’t have an appointment or it may be a waste of time.
I’ve visited this location several times and didn’t have the best experience. Yesterday, I had to visit again for a throbbing headache and ear ache. Dr. Theodore Stern was incredibly helpful and kind and prescribed me an antibiotic for an ear infection. I hope he stays here! Thanks for being a great doctor!
Urgent care at the Homewood, Illinois location is always excellent. I hate to let more people know because right now it seems to be a well kept secret. Doctors, nurses and staff are top notch.
Highly Do not recommend! When seeing the doctor she has a timer set for when the appointment time ends. If you have any questions once the timer goes off she tell you to make an appointment for the next month to ask your question. She cancels in person appointments and change them to virtual but if your appointment isn't able to made virtual than you have to reschedule to her next available appointment which is months out.
