I recently took my daughter here because she was having an anaphylactic reaction from an accidental exposure to nuts. The woman at the front desk was beyond rude and without compassion. She rolled her eyes and was sighing as though we were bothering her. She was also loudly talking to us and exposing our personal information to everyone in the waiting room. Walked in today on 8/7/2025 with a fever at 7:30 pm there was no one in the lobby. The worker who registers refused to allow me to be seen, they closed at 8:00 pm. I was very disappointed. My primary doctor is at the University of Chicago. They should post new information on hours of operation on their website.
The receptionist is so rude. She makes up her own rules and her attitude is nasty. Every time I have came here. This will be my last time visiting until they get some ground rules on how to respect their patients.
The wait was long
So I'm here at the doctors office why us the security guard sleep 😴 who is he supposed to help? This is horrible.
