UChicago Medical Hospital. This is my third time coming to this hospital. The Doctor and Nurse teams takes very good care of their patients. Also the whole hospital Staffed are so very polite, friendly and helpful. If you need to talk to the doctor or nurse about what wrong with you they do answer your question and also explain it to you so you can understand. The cleaning staff's keeps the hospital cleaned
If I could give it negative stars I would. The admitting staff were great. My nurse was great. The PA RASHONDA COLLINS assigned to me was horrible. She opened my door walked past without entering. Then entered only after my finance asked who opened the door. She proceeded to with unprofessional, unfriendly demeanor. Then turned gave me a paper and said they don’t see nothing go home. My experience was really good , from coming in by ambulance to getting in the back. The staff was great nurses, receptionist and doctors!
Very bad service
I arrived in the ER at 9:30pm, the front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. It was unorganized but due to my physician calling ahead I got back quickly. However, the bathroom had urine all over the floor, the staff was rude & unhelpful. They don’t answer your pages. It took 2 hours to get a blanket and despite being told I was admitted within an hour of arriving, I still waited over 5 hours to get to a dirty room review with pictures to be continued.
