This is more like a run down homeless shelter than a hospital. The phone system literally hangs up on ypu after u select an option. Idk how this place has funding. An embarrassment to the American people. Close this hospital.

my girlfriend wasnt feeling well and asked repeatedly for help. nobody would help and my gf had to scream just to get assistance. worst hospital in my life. the nurses started acting like we were the issue when we were just trying to get the assistance we came for.

I Called to see if they had a long waiting time …in the ER I’m very sick…the lady that answered was very rude .. said she don’t know that info … how can you not know if you have a long wait or a full waiting room. Very unprofessional and they need to replace the ladies answering the phones. What a disgrace! if your like that on the phone imagine how they take care of patients in the hospital. I am very sick and won’t even go to this hospital I’d rather drive a hour away to get quality care.

I seen many bad reviews but in 30 years of serious operations maybe it's my doctor's but all we're good small problems like missed meal happen last visit 1/13/26 never had dirty room or broken devices only issue was ordering from cafeteria but when those whom had bad experiences leave bad reviews maybe to change this fill out questionnaire might move some changes they might not look at these reviews.
